These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Skyline Drones website located at skylinedronesph.com (the “Site”) and any services provided by Skyline Drones (“Skyline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a One Person Corporation registered in Taguig, Philippines. By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Website Use
The Site is provided for informational and business inquiry purposes. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt Site operation, security, or availability.
- Copy, reproduce, or republish content from the Site for commercial purposes without our written permission.
- Submit inaccurate or fraudulent information through any Site form.
3. Services and Quotations
Information on the Site describes our service capabilities. It does not constitute a binding offer. A binding engagement is created only when both parties sign a written proposal, quotation, service agreement, or purchase order, and any deposit required has been received.
Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation, typically 30 days from issue, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3a. Instant Estimates and Booking Requests (Currently Paused)
The Site's instant estimator and online booking-request form are temporarily paused and not available right now; the contact form is the only way to reach us about a project. When active, the instant estimator gives an indicative price range only, calculated automatically from the building details you enter — it is not a quotation, an offer, or a binding price — and a booking request submitted through the Site is a request, not a confirmed booking: we confirm availability, weather, and any required flight permissions, and provide a written quotation, before any work or payment is due. Any automated confirmation email or calendar entry you receive after submitting an estimate or booking request acknowledges receipt only; it does not confirm the engagement.
By submitting an estimate or booking request, you confirm that any information you provide is accurate, and — where you check the box shown on that form — that you have read our Privacy Notice and, for booking requests, our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
3b. Electronic Acceptance
You agree that submitting a form on the Site, checking a consent or agreement checkbox, or signing a quotation electronically are valid electronic signatures and create binding electronic documents or records, under Republic Act No. 8792 (the Electronic Commerce Act). Our electronic records of these actions (including the time they were made) are evidence of them.
4. Regulatory Compliance
All flight operations are conducted in accordance with the Civil Aviation Regulations of the Philippines, including the Philippine Civil Aviation Regulations governing remotely piloted aircraft systems (RPAS) and the memorandum circulars and successor issuances of the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP). Where a flight authorization or airspace coordination is required, we secure it before the flight. Some sites, altitudes, or timings may not be feasible under applicable regulations, and Skyline Drones reserves the right to decline or reschedule operations on regulatory grounds.
5. Client Responsibilities
To enable safe and effective delivery, the client agrees to:
- Provide safe and lawful access to the site during agreed times.
- Disclose known hazards, including live electrical lines, gas lines, chemical storage, and restricted zones.
- Coordinate with building tenants, security, and adjacent property owners as reasonably requested.
- Confirm you own the property or are authorized to arrange the engagement on it, and inform occupants, tenants and neighbors in advance of the scheduled drone operation, as described in our Privacy Notice.
- Ensure that any client-supplied materials, drawings, or specifications provided to us are accurate.
- Comply with any airspace, occupancy, or safety directions issued by our operations lead during the engagement.
5a. Customer Accounts (Currently Paused)
The customer account and portal are temporarily paused — account creation and sign-in are not available on the Site at this time. If and when they're reactivated, this section continues to apply: you must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the property or organization you represent, and you must give accurate information; you're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account; and we may suspend or close an account used in breach of these Terms. You can ask us to close an account, including one created before the pause, at any time by emailing contact@skylinedronesph.com — see our Privacy Notice for what we keep afterward.
6. Fees, Invoicing, and Payment
Fees, milestones, and payment terms are specified in the applicable quotation or service agreement. Unless otherwise stated:
- Quoted prices are in Philippine Pesos and exclusive of applicable taxes.
- A mobilization deposit may be required before scheduling.
- Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice, typically 15 to 30 days from receipt.
- Overdue amounts may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Philippine law.
- Withholding-tax certificates, where applicable, must be issued in accordance with Bureau of Internal Revenue rules.
7. Scheduling, Weather, and Force Majeure
Flight operations depend on safe weather, wind, visibility, and airspace conditions, as well as on the availability of any required regulatory authorization. Skyline Drones may reschedule an engagement on operational or safety grounds without penalty.
Neither party is liable for a failure or delay in performance caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, including typhoons, floods, earthquakes, fires, government-imposed restrictions, civil unrest, epidemics, or airspace closures. Payment obligations for work already performed remain due.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, imagery, video, graphics, logos, and page layouts — is owned by Skyline Drones or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit this content commercially without our written consent.
For delivered project outputs (aerial photographs, videos, thermal scans, survey outputs, reports, and models): unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use those outputs for the specific project purpose stated in the engagement. Skyline Drones retains ownership of the underlying files and the right to use anonymized or de-identified versions for internal case studies and portfolio reference. Any publication or marketing use of client-identifiable imagery requires the client's prior written consent, as described in our Privacy Notice.
9. Confidentiality
Each party will treat as confidential any non-public information the other party marks or reasonably indicates as confidential. Confidential information includes technical specifications, pricing, site drawings, and operational plans. Confidentiality obligations survive for three (3) years after the end of the engagement, or longer where required by law.
10. Warranties and Disclaimers
We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care by qualified personnel operating certified equipment. We do not warrant that:
- Every possible outcome or aesthetic result will be achieved on every substrate or surface.
- Aerial imagery or inspection outputs will reveal every latent defect or condition present on the asset.
- Weather, airspace, or third-party conditions will allow every scheduled operation to proceed as planned.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms or in a signed engagement document, we disclaim all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law:
- Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill, or loss of data.
- Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with a specific engagement will not exceed the total fees actually paid by the client to Skyline Drones under that engagement in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Philippine law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.
11a. Refunds, Cancellations and Cookies
Deposits, cancellations, weather postponements and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. What the Site stores on your device is described in our Cookie Policy. Both form part of these Terms.
11b. Imagery and Illustrations
Some photographs and videos on the Site are computer-generated illustrations of Skyline Drones equipment and services, produced to show how a service is intended to work. They are not records of a completed engagement unless a page says so. Product names of equipment partners are used to identify their products and remain their property.
12. Insurance
Insurance arrangements applicable to a given engagement are confirmed with the client during the quotation stage and set out in the applicable service agreement.
12a. Client Indemnity
The client will indemnify Skyline Drones against third-party claims arising from: (a) the client's lack of authority over the property or engagement; (b) the client's failure to obtain required approvals or to inform occupants, tenants or neighbors as described in section 5; or (c) inaccurate site or safety information the client provided — except to the extent the claim was caused by our own negligence.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement for material breach by the other party if the breach is not cured within fifteen (15) days of written notice. On termination, the client will pay for all services performed and reasonable non-cancellable commitments incurred up to the date of termination.
14. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or a Skyline Drones engagement will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, without prejudice to the parties' ability to agree to mediation or arbitration in writing.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the Site or our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
