Cleaning

Question 01

What is drone facade cleaning?

Drone facade cleaning uses a Joyance purpose-built platform, flown remotely by a trained pilot, to wash exterior surfaces of a building. No scaffolding. No rope access. No workers at height. Cleaning agents and water are delivered precisely by the drone at pressures calibrated to the facade material.

Question 02

What is Skyline's regulatory status in the Philippines?

Skyline is a CAAP Certified Operator and PhilGEPS Registered. CAAP documentation is available on request. Every job runs under documented safety SOPs, with site and airspace coordination handled in advance.

Question 03

What types of facades can you clean?

Every surface — not just windows. Glass curtain walls, aluminum composite panels (ACP), natural stone and granite, terracotta and ceramic, concrete and precast, metal cladding, and painted surfaces. Cleaning agents and pressure are calibrated per material.

Question 04

How long does a typical cleaning take?

A typical building is cleaned in a single week — versus weeks or months with traditional methods. Setup takes 30–60 minutes. Operations run 2–8 hours per session depending on facade area. Reports are delivered the same day.

Question 05

What about typhoon season?

We monitor weather continuously. Operations are suspended during PAGASA Signal #1 and above, heavy rain, or sustained winds exceeding 30 km/h. Postponed sessions are rescheduled at no extra cost within the contract period.

Question 06

Are your cleaning agents eco-friendly?

Yes. All cleaning agents are biodegradable, non-toxic, and DENR-compliant. Wastewater is managed through controlled capture and disposal protocols to protect both the building environment and the surrounding area.

Question 07

How much does it cost?

Every building is priced after a site assessment — facade area, surface types, access and frequency all change the scope. Book a free 30-minute consultation and we will return a formal quote tailored to your site.

Question 08

Do you offer maintenance contracts?

Yes — quarterly, semi-annual, and annual maintenance contracts, priced per building. Regular maintenance extends facade life, preserves property value, and keeps buildings presentation-ready year-round.

Question 09

Can you clean high-rise buildings?

Yes. Maximum operating altitude of 160 meters — approximately 55 stories — flown in daylight visual-line-of-sight operations.

Question 10

What documents do you provide after cleaning?

A complete package: before/after photo report, cleaning completion certificate, chemical safety data sheets, drone flight logs, RPIC engagement log, and a maintenance recommendation schedule — all delivered the same day.

Aerial Imaging & Inspection

Question 01

What kinds of aerial imaging & inspection do you offer?

Four categories: cinematic reels for real estate and brand campaigns, orthomosaic mapping for construction progress, high-resolution photography for marketing, and inspection imagery for roof, facade, and structural assessment. Each is scoped against a delivery brief and a shot list.

Question 02

What does a typical engagement look like?

Pre-flight brief (intent, shot list, brand references) → permit and airspace clearance → on-site capture (2–6 hours) → same-day proof gallery → final delivery in 3–5 business days. Rush turnaround is available on request.

Question 03

What deliverables do I receive?

Raw and graded imagery in your specified resolution and aspect ratios, plus a final-cut reel for marketing engagements. Inspection engagements include an orthomosaic, an annotated photo report, and a recommendations summary for facility managers.

Question 04

Do you handle site and airspace coordination?

Yes — for every flight. Site access, property coordination, and any required local or airspace notifications are arranged in advance and included in the engagement, consistent with our documented safety SOPs.

Question 05

Can you fly inside no-fly zones or near airports?

Restricted airspace requires advance coordination with CAAP and, where applicable, the airport authority. We will not fly without proper clearance. If your location is in a restricted zone, we will confirm feasibility and timeline before the engagement.

Question 06

How much does aerial imaging & inspection cost?

Pricing is scoped per brief — shot list, site size, airspace coordination and deliverables all change the scope. Request a quote for your specific brief.

Question 07

Who owns the imagery?

The client owns the final deliverables in the agreed-upon resolution and aspect ratios. Skyline retains the right to use anonymized or non-sensitive selects in its own marketing materials unless the engagement contract specifies an exclusivity clause.

Response & Rescue

Question 01

What is Skyline's aerial firefighting drone?

A purpose-built aerial suppression drone that delivers water or foam payloads to high-rise, industrial and wildland fires beyond typical ladder, hose or crew reach. It's available to buy now, with a 0–70 m suppression height. For the sale of firefighting drones. Not an on-call emergency service.

Question 02

Does Skyline operate the drone, or do I operate it?

You operate it. Skyline sells the aerial firefighting drone outright — your own trained crew flies and maintains it. Skyline is not an on-call emergency responder and does not coordinate with the Bureau of Fire Protection or a building's fire safety officer during a fire.

Question 03

Is the firefighting drone sold outright, or is it a subscription service?

Sold outright, as a one-time purchase — not a subscription or ongoing service contract. Contact us to buy.

Question 04

What payloads will the firefighting drones carry?

Water and firefighting foam concentrates. Payload configuration is selected by the buyer, based on their own fire safety plan.

Question 05

Do you support water-rescue operations?

Yes. Skyline sells a remote-controlled water rescue robot that travels across the water surface to the person in need, rather than a drone dropping anything from the air — available to buy now, operated by the buyer's own team. It reaches up to 18 km/h, operates from up to 1,500 m away, runs for up to 45 minutes per charge, carries up to 280 kg, rights itself within two seconds if capsized, keeps working even if it flips over, and uses GPS positioning with automatic course correction. It's built for coastlines, ports, open water and flood response. For the sale of water rescue drones. Not an on-call emergency service.

Question 06

How does drone support work during flooding events?

The capability is designed for three uses during flood events: thermal aerial search for stranded residents, delivery of small emergency supplies to isolated locations, and airborne loudspeaker broadcast for evacuation and safety messaging. This is not tied to an existing LGU, MDRRMO, or civil-defense partnership.

Question 07

Do the drones work in heavy smoke, rain, or high heat?

The aerial firefighting drone is designed for sustained operation in elevated heat, smoke, and moderate rain conditions that ground crews cannot enter, using thermal imaging for fire-source identification.

Question 08

Are the firefighting drone and water rescue robot sold, or billed as services?

Both are sold outright, as direct one-time purchases, not billed services. Contact us to buy either platform.

Operations & permits

Question 01

What areas of the Philippines do you serve?

Metro Manila (Makati, BGC, Ortigas, Quezon City, Alabang, Pasig, Mandaluyong) with regional coverage across Luzon, Cebu, and Davao. Contact us for any location — we travel for qualifying engagements.

Question 02

Do I need LGU permits or airspace authorization?

No — Skyline handles site and airspace coordination required for Skyline's own flights. The aerial firefighting drone and the water rescue robot are both sold outright and available now; operating them is the buyer's responsibility.

Question 03

Are your pilots licensed?

Every flight is operated by a trained Remote Pilot in Command (RPIC). Operations are run under documented SOPs with pre-flight checklists, in-flight monitoring, and post-flight reporting. Skyline Drones itself operates under documented safety SOPs on every flight.

Question 04

What insurance coverage do you carry?

Skyline Drones is third-party liability insured. Insurance arrangements are confirmed per engagement as part of our contracting process. Ask us for details for your specific project.

Question 05

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer (BDO, BPI, Metrobank), GCash, Maya, credit and debit cards, and checks for corporate accounts. A deposit confirms the engagement; balance is due on completion and acceptance of the final report.

Question 06

How do I schedule a consultation?
