This Cookie Policy explains what is stored on your device when you use skylinedronesph.com (the “Site”), operated by Skyline Drones (“Skyline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It should be read together with our Privacy Notice.

In short: the Site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Nothing is stored on your device to track you across websites. Because we use only what is strictly necessary to operate the Site, no cookie banner is required and none is shown.

1. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include browser storage (“local storage”) and the ordinary server logs kept by any web host. The Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) treats information that can identify you, including online identifiers, as personal data, which is why we describe them here.

2. What the Site uses

Strictly necessary server logs. Our hosting providers (Render, delivered through the Cloudflare network) keep standard access logs — IP address, browser type, requested page, time — to run and secure the Site. These are not used for marketing and are retained only as long as the provider needs them for security and operations.
Customer portal session. The customer portal is currently paused, so no sign-in token or session is set at this time. If the portal is reactivated, we'll update this policy to describe its storage first.
No analytics cookies. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any behavioral analytics or advertising tracker on the Site.
No third-party advertising. No advertising networks are present on the Site.

3. Third-party services that may receive limited data

jsDelivr serves an animation library the Site uses. Your browser requests the file from jsDelivr, which sees your IP address and browser type as with any web request.
FormSubmit relays messages sent through our contact form to our company mailbox. The information you type into the form passes through this service.
WhatsApp is reached only when you tap the WhatsApp button, which opens WhatsApp itself. Nothing is loaded from WhatsApp until you do.

Each of these providers applies its own privacy policy. We do not sell or share your data with them for their own marketing.

4. Your choices

You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. Because the Site uses only strictly necessary storage, blocking cookies will not stop the public pages from working.

5. Changes

If we ever add analytics or other non-essential technologies, we will update this policy, ask for your consent before they run, and give you a way to withdraw it.
