REMOTELY PILOTED AERIAL IMAGING FOR THE PHILIPPINES.
From a single property cinematic to a documented construction record — every frame planned, flown, and graded by the same CAAP-certified crew. Real estate. Construction. Brand. Inspection. Events. Cinematic reels.
The Division
Skyline's Aerial Imaging & Inspection division covers the full spread of remotely piloted aerial work: real estate aerials, construction progress records, brand and marketing films, roof and facade inspection, events and venues, and cinematic reels. One broadcast-grade airframe family, configured to the brief.
It is flown by the same pilot crew that flies our cleaning and firefighting operations. On a single mobilization, one operator can deliver multiple outputs — an establishing cinematic, a defect-mapped facade survey, and a stills package — without a second visit or a second invoice.
Manila-based, nationwide on request. Every flight is CAAP-certified, airspace-cleared, and fully insured — the same operational discipline that powers our cleaning and firefighting divisions, now turned toward your story.
From a completed development in BGC to a refinery facade survey in Bataan, the same crew on a single mobilization can deliver a marketing reel, an inspection report, and a stills set in one visit — broadcast-grade capture and engineering-grade detail from one flight day.
Why Skyline Imaging
4K and 8K stills, 30fps motion, full-frame dynamic range, stable in wind. The same vantage point a helicopter charges $15k+ an hour for — delivered at a fraction of the cost, with frame-accurate planning.
Defect-level resolution on roofs, facades, and structural members. Thermal optional. Defect-mapped orthomosaics built for engineers, insurers, and asset owners — not just for the brochure.
Same-day proxies, final cut color-graded to your brand and delivered on the agreed window. Tight turnaround for marketing campaigns, investor decks, insurance claims, and construction records.
Service Lines
From a single property cinematic to a documented construction record — every frame planned, flown, and graded by the same CAAP-certified crew.
Why Not a Crane or Helicopter
The decisive frame almost always sits between thirty and one hundred and sixty meters — well above the reach of any crane or jib. The establishing shot lives in air a ground rig simply cannot put a camera into.
That same band is too low and too costly for a manned helicopter. Charter rates, mobilization, and airspace overhead price most projects out of the aerial they actually need. A drone lives precisely in that gap.
From the ground, the context, the scale, and the geometry of a project never quite resolve. Lift the camera into the gap a drone owns and the establishing shot, the context, and the scale of the project finally make sense.
The Airframe
Operates in the thirty-to-one-hundred-and-sixty-meter band a single crane or jib physically can't reach — exactly where the establishing shot and the project's true scale live.
4K / 60fps capture or 8K stills on a stabilized gimbal, graded to your brand palette. Full-frame dynamic range, smooth motion, sharp in wind.
CAAP airspace clearance and full insurance filed before every flight. The property owner is briefed; the airspace is scoped; the crew is staged.
Same-day proxies so you can review on the shoot day. Final color grade and reel delivered within the agreed window — marketing, decks, claims, or records.
Manila-based for fast turnaround in Metro Manila, with nationwide deployment on request — from Bataan refineries to provincial developments.
Optional thermal and sub-centimeter optical inspection payloads produce defect-mapped orthomosaics for engineers, insurers, and asset owners.
Operational Sequence
A short call. The goal of the shoot, the deliverables, the location, the date, and any sensitivities — captured in one conversation.
We file the CAAP clearance, scope the airspace, brief the property owner, and stage the crew — so the shoot day is purely about the shot.
One crew, one airframe, one mobilization. Multiple angles and multiple resolutions captured in a single visit.
Same-day proxies for review. The final cut is color-graded to your brand and delivered on schedule.
Final files in the formats you need — 4K master, social cutdowns, stills, or a full inspection report.
How We Work With You
From a one-off listing capture to a fully embedded production partnership — pick the model that fits the brief, the cadence, and the budget.
One-off project capture — a real estate listing, a completed development, or event coverage. Fixed brief, fixed deliverables, fixed quote, no surprises.
Recurring shoots on a schedule — quarterly facade inspection, monthly construction progress, or a periodic marketing refresh. One brief, predictable pricing.
Embedded with your marketing or engineering team — full creative direction, multi-shoot campaigns, and white-labeled delivery to your own clients.
Capability Comparison
| Capability | Skyline Aerial | Traditional Photo Crew |
|---|---|---|
| Setup | 30–60 minutes on site | Cranes, jibs, road permits — half a day |
| Altitude | 30 to 160 m, any angle | Ground-bound or fixed jib height |
| Aerial Cost | No helicopter charter | ₱150k+ per helicopter hour |
| Delivery | Same-day proxies, graded reel on schedule | Days of post and re-shoots |
| Compliance | CAAP-cleared, fully insured | Variable, often uninsured for airspace |
Cleared to Fly
CAAP airspace clearance is filed before every flight and briefed to the property owner — no surprise drones overhead, no compliance gaps.
Third-party aviation liability insurance on every flight, naming the client where required. Documentation provided before the shoot.
Pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight records are kept for every sortie and shared on request — a full audit trail for the shoot.
Established procedures for government, embassy, event, and restricted-airspace operations — we know where we can and cannot fly.
Every shoot is flown by a CAAP-certified Remote Pilot in Command, with a visual observer on every high-complexity sortie.
Building managers and property owners are briefed and consented before the crew arrives — clearance secured, expectations set.
