Skyline Drones OPC ("Skyline Drones", "we") operates skylinedronesph.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and how it is handled under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the rules of the National Privacy Commission.
To respond to your inquiry, prepare a quotation, schedule a site assessment, and carry out the services you ask for. We use analytics to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Contact-form submissions are delivered to our mailbox by FormSubmit, a third-party form relay, and stored in our email. If analytics are active, usage data is processed by Google Analytics on our behalf. Each provider acts under its own privacy terms and we choose providers that commit to appropriate safeguards.
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond and, where a job follows, for the duration of the engagement and the retention period required by Philippine tax and corporate law. You may ask us to delete an inquiry at any time.
Under the Data Privacy Act you may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, object to processing, ask for deletion, or file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. Write to skylinedrones.ph@gmail.com and we will respond within the period required by law.
This site does not set cookies of its own. Analytics tools, when enabled, may set cookies to distinguish visits. You can block them in your browser without affecting the site.
Our aircraft capture images of building exteriors during operations. We brief property owners before every flight, follow a written sensitive-area protocol near residences and secure sites, and do not publish imagery of a client's property without permission.
We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new date. Questions about this policy go to the email address above.
