Before any aircraft flies at your building, you should know who is flying it, under what permit, with what insurance, and what happens if something goes wrong. This page answers those questions for every Skyline division.
Who You Are Contracting
Skyline Drones operates as Skyline Drones OPC, a one-person corporation registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission, based in Metro Manila. Facade cleaning, aerial firefighting, and aerial imaging and inspection are divisions of the same company, flown by the same certified crew, under the same documentation standard and the same insurance umbrella.
That matters for procurement. You contract one accountable entity, receive one certificate of insurance, and get the same flight log and completion report whether the job is a 50-story facade, a fire-response standby, or a construction progress survey.

Controls on Every Flight
Every mission is flown by a remote pilot certified by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines, with a co-pilot or visual observer on high-complexity sorties.
A flight permit and a site-specific risk assessment are filed for every engagement, with airspace coordination where the site sits near an airport or controlled airspace.
Public liability insurance is in force on every site, covering the building, its occupants and the public. A certificate naming your property is issued before work starts.
Geofencing, no-fly buffers, emergency parachutes, automatic return and land on lost link or low battery, blade guards, and RTK station-hold for centimeter-level position beside a facade.
A cordoned ground zone and a ground crew on every job. Pedestrian and vehicle paths are managed with the building's security team before the first flight.
Deionized water and software-controlled spray pressure calibrated for glass, aluminum composite, stone, terracotta and stucco. No abrasives, no etching chemicals, no residue.
Every flight is logged. Every job closes with a completion report: before-and-after imagery, flight records, and any defects observed on the facade.
Fire-response deployments run alongside Bureau of Fire Protection, MDRRMC and LGU command. Imaging flights near sensitive sites follow a written sensitive-area protocol.
